Factory Workshop:

Our factory introduces advanced technology and equipment to make the best quality hydraulic hose. high speed braiding machines from German, Steel wire spiral machines from Jappan, advanced extruding machines, computer-controlled water pressure test machines, impulse test bench. Now we have built internal mixer workshop which can achieve raw material to rubber sheet by one time.
Hose max length can be 100m from ID 6mm to 25mm.

Laboratory:
Our factory has strong quality control team and we set up advanced laboratory.
Before the production, we test each batch of raw material.
After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification.
Each hose is tested 2 times on working pressure.
