1. Hydraulic hose structure

It is mainly composed of a liquid-resistant synthetic rubber inner rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, a multi-layer reinforcement layer, and a weather-resistant synthetic rubber outer rubber layer.

 

 The inner rubber layer of the hydraulic hose has the function of making the conveying medium withstand pressure and protecting the steel wire or wire fiber from erosion; the outer rubber layer protects the reinforcement layer from damage; the reinforcement layer is a skeleton material, and its function is to ensure the use pressure of the hose.

2, the use of hydraulic hose

Hydraulic hoses are mainly used for mine hydraulic supports and oil field development, and are suitable for transportation in engineering construction, lifting transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and mechanized and automated hydraulic systems in various industrial sectors.  Petroleum-based (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil) and water-based liquid (such as emulsion, oil-water emulsion, water) and liquid transmission at a certain pressure and temperature.  The hydraulic hose made of rubber and plastic materials is also called rubber and plastic hose. It is a new type of hose with obvious corrosion resistance and energy saving effect.

3. Working temperature of hydraulic hose

The working temperature of the hydraulic hose is between -40°C and 100°C.
