AE 100 R16 hydraulic hose is suitable for high working pressure applications and it is mainly used for hydraulic oil delivery. It is composed of three parts: tube, reinforcement and cover. Tube is made from oil resistant synthetic rubber, making hose perform well in delivering hydraulic oil. Reinforcement is made from one layer or two layers of high tensile steel wire braid, making hose have solid structure and suitable for high working pressure environment. And the high tensile steel wire braid reinforcement makes hose resistant to bend, kink and fatigue. Cover is made from oil, corrosion and abrasion resistant synthetic rubber, making hose have long service life. Therefore, it is becoming more and more popular in many places.

Mechanization and automation in the hydraulic system of conveying with a certain pressure(high pressure) and the temperature of the oil-based(such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil and lubricants) and water-based liquid (such as Emulsion, the oil-water emulsion, water) and liquid transmission used.The maximum working pressure-resistant up to 70-100MPa.
