R6 Multipurpose Hose Smooth Surface Hose:
Dayi Rubber Products Co. LTD. Founded in 2012, is a professional engaged in the research , development, production , sales and service of wrapped cover hydraulic hoses, Multipurpose Hose, Smooth cover hydraulic hoses, fiber braided hoses, gasoline hoses.
SAE 100R6 hydraulic hose is a black, long length extruded hose with a smooth tube & a smooth abrasion, weather and oil resistant cover, reinforced with high tensile synthetic textile plies. This hose was designed specifically for use for the low pressure delivery of hydraulic fluids, air, water, oil & petroleum products not exceeding an aromatic content of 40%. SAE J517C 100R6 compliant
Factory Workshop:
Our factory introduces advanced technology and equipment to make the best quality hydraulic hose. high speed braiding machines from German, Steel wire spiral machines from Jappan, advanced extruding machines, computer-controlled water pressure test machines, impulse test bench. Now we have built internal mixer workshop which can achieve raw material to rubber sheet by one time.
Hose max length can be 100m from ID 6mm to 25mm.
Laboratory:
Our factory has strong quality control team and we set up advanced laboratory.
Before the production, we test each batch of raw material.
After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification.
Each hose is tested 2 times on working pressure.
We do everything that possible to supply good quality goods for our customer.
APPLICATION:
Hydraulic oil lines, heavy-duty transmission oil cooler lines and glycol anti-freeze solutions. Meets or exceeds requirements of SAE 100R6.
Note: This hose has replaced Gates C6H High Temp 1-Fiber Braid Hose SAE 100R6.
TUBE:
Black, specially compounded, synthetic rubber (Nitrile).
REINFORCEMENT:
One fiber braid.
COVER:
Black, oil and abrasion resistant, synthetic rubber (Polychloroprene).
TEMPERATURE:
For hydraulic oil lines -40°F to +275°F (-40°C to +135°C) constant and +300°F (+149°C) intermittent (up to 10% of operating time).

- 1.The inner rubber layer adopts the top raw material imported from Japan or South Korea: NBR, containing 35% rubber, hightemperature resistance, high pressure resistance and high strength.

Application
The high pressure hose is mainly used for Mine hydraulic support ,oilfield exploitation ,object construction ,lifting transport metallurgic forging ,mine equipment, ship, injection molding machinery,agricultural machinery , all kinds of machine tools and various industrial sectors. Mechanization and automation in the hydraulic system of conveying with a certain pressure(high pressure) and the temperature of the oil-based(such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil and lubricants) and water-based liquid (such as Emulsion, the oil-water emulsion, water) and liquid transmission used.The maximum working pressure-resistant up to 70-100MPa.
