This kind of rubber hose has a smaller outer diameter than 1SN/R1AT rubber hose, which solves the inconvenience caused by the compact and narrow installation space of some equipment pipelines. There is no need to peel off the outer glue for the crimp joint of the hose.
Mainly used for excavators, loaders, rollover detection, hydraulic booster, hydraulic supports, cement delivery pipes, agricultural irrigation hoses, construction machinery hydraulic oil pipes, subsea natural gas transportation, etc.
1SC is braided with a layer of high-strength steel wire，abrasion and weather resistant synthetic rubber. Working pressure: The dynamic working pressure of the rubber hose in the data refers to the maximum pressure allowed by the rubber hose when it works continuously. According to the safety factor of hydraulic hoses stipulated in international standards, the working pressure we recommend is usually about a quarter of the minimum burst pressure of the hose.

Mechanization and automation in the hydraulic system of conveying with a certain pressure(high pressure) and the temperature of the oil-based(such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil and lubricants) and water-based liquid (such as Emulsion, the oil-water emulsion, water) and liquid transmission used.The maximum working pressure-resistant up to 70-100MPa.
